and even had some red and white treats which they

made themselves.

Congratulations to all the children who graduated recently from our preschools. They made us very proud on the day.

We hope that all the parents and grandparents enjoyed the show. Pugwash Bay would like to thank all the staff for the hard work and effort put into preparing for the day.

Themes:

We have been very busy since we got back after Christmas and so far have covered many topics such as Farm Animals, Valentines Day, Pancake Tuesday and the favourite Emergency Services which is being enjoyed at the moment. We will have visits from community workers such as Guards, Firemen, nurses etc. which the children enjoy very much every year. Coming up next is St. Patrick's Day, The Deep Blue Sea, Easter and Healthy Eating.

Reminders:

We would like to remind parents to make use of the hand sanitiser units on the wall in the reception area of all the creches. Both parents and children's hands should be sanitised as they arrive and leave each day. Once you have done this don't forget to sign your child in.

Children should not be sent into creche for 24 hours after taking the first dose of an antibiotic. Please do not hesitate to ask the creche manager for a copy of the sickness policy.

Food Donations for Saint

Vincent De Paul

This year we decided to support a charity closer to

home. We are now collecting food in all four

creches to be donated to Saint Vincent De Paul no

later than Saturday the 19th December for

distribution to those less fortunate than ourselves.

All donations are greatly appreciated. Please place

any items in the boxes provided in the hall area of

the creche.

Pugwash Bay - Finalist in

Business Growth Category

The recent Dundalk Chamber of Commerce Business awards were held in the Fairways Hotel and Pugwash Bay Preschools were nominated for the Best in Business Growth Award. There were four finalists including ourselves and each had to document and show achievement within their individual industries in the last three years. We have been fortunate to have opened 2 creches since September 2008 and that is down to the excellent reputation we have built for ourselves.
